Spring 2025 Registration DATES

The ProArts cross-registration week for the Spring 2025 semester will be held from December 2-6, 2024. All ProArts schools will participate in the upcoming cross-registration period.

Courses lists will become available in advance of our cross-registration period, as well as during our member institutions’ add/drop periods. If you wish to enroll in coursework during add/drop, you must do so during the host school’s registration period. For example, an Emerson student enrolling at Berklee could do so either during the ProArts cross-registration period (December 2 - 6, 2024) or during Berklee’s add/drop period (January 21 - February 4, 2025).

When can I register for classes via ProArts?
During the ProArts open enrollment period, or during add/drop. 

But my school's registration period happens at a different time. Can I register then?
No. Registration for ProArts happens at participating schools during the designated week, and at all schools during the add/drop period.

The school I want to register with does not have a course list available. The description says "Coming Soon." When can I access them?
The member schools submit their course lists at different times, and the lists are uploaded to this page as soon as they're received. To receive an email update when course lists become available, sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page. 

I can’t open the course list PDF. Is it broken?

The PDF is not broken, but your browser may be blocking it from opening. In order, try the following fixes:

• Use a different web browser (Firefox is not recommended)

• Empty the cache on your browser

• Disable pop-up blockers
